One of First Technology’s customers is a major retailer with a national presence across South Africa. Their customer was looking at implementing an agile and secure e-commerce solution to take their sales online. Running e-commerce on AWS was a strong fit for First Technology and they turned to First Distribution to assist with designing and deploying the AWS services and infrastructure to support their e-commerce platform.
First Distribution worked closely with the First Technology team to design and implement a solution that consisted of key AWS services components, covering Analytics, Application Integration, Compute, Database, Management and Governance, Networking and Content Delivery as well as Security, Identity Management and Compliance.
